A multidisciplinary engineering and architecture company founded in 2020, working toward a more resilient, sustainable, and inspiring built environment in Rwanda and beyond.
BASE Group is a multidisciplinary Engineering and Architecture company founded in 2020 with a clear goal to contribute to a more resilient, sustainable, and inspiring built environment in Rwanda and beyond. From the beginning, our work has been grounded in the belief that infrastructure has the power to transform communities when thoughtful design and strong engineering principles come together.
We bring together a team of dedicated professionals — engineers, architects, and quantity surveying experts — who share a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and excellence. Through every project, BASE Group strives to set new benchmarks in quality and sustainability, ensuring that our work not only meets today's needs but also safeguards the well-being of future generations.
Our mission is to provide innovative, resilient, sustainable, and cost-effective design and build solutions that improve communities and elevate the Rwandan built environment through integrity, excellence, and collaboration.
Our vision is to become Africa's leading design and build company, recognized across the continent for creating high-quality, sustainable infrastructure that inspires progress and enhances the daily lives of people.
Our work is shaped by four guiding principles. Integrity anchors every decision we make, allowing us to remain transparent with our clients and partners. Excellence motivates us to deliver precise, reliable, and innovative solutions across all disciplines. Sustainability drives us to build responsibly, ensuring that our designs respect both the environment and the future. Collaboration allows us to work closely with clients and communities, ensuring shared success.
Engineers, architects, and quantity surveying experts united by integrity, collaboration, and a drive for excellence.
